Construction Services and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided by Conrad General Contracting for construction services are based on the information provided by you and are subject to change if the scope of work, materials, or other conditions change. All service agreements will be detailed in a separate written contract.

Project Estimates: All project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Estimates are based on current material costs and availability, which may fluctuate due to market conditions.

Licensing and Insurance: Conrad General Contracting is a licensed Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (PA HIC #PA154190) and maintains appropriate insurance coverage. All work performed will comply with local building codes and permit requirements.

Permits and Inspections: Unless otherwise specified in the contract, obtaining necessary permits and scheduling required inspections is the responsibility of the property owner. We can assist with permit applications for an additional fee.

Change Orders: Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional costs and time adjustments to the project timeline.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Conrad General Contracting and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Conrad General Contracting.

Construction Work Warranties and Limitations

Construction Services: All construction work performed by Conrad General Contracting comes with warranties as specified in individual project contracts. These warranties are separate from and do not apply to this website's terms of service.

Materials and Workmanship: Warranties on construction materials are provided by the respective manufacturers. Our workmanship warranty terms are detailed in each project contract and comply with Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor regulations.

Neither Conrad General Contracting nor any person associated with Conrad General Contracting makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the website services. You expressly agree that your use of these website services and any information obtained is at your sole risk.
